Gold Award Winning “Inferno” 1969 Chevrolet Camaro by Roadster Shop
One of the gems at the 2016 SEMA show, was this custom built yellow “Inferno” 1969 Chevrolet Camaro by Roadster Shop. We must mention that this Camaro wins Goodguys Rod and Custom Association ‘Gold’ Award, because the built, design, concept and fabrication at this ’69 Chevy are simple breathtaking. But first, let’s talk about the exterior and the interior of this “Inferno” Camaro.
Beside the classic body, this Camaro have been modernized in every aspect. It has clean and simple design, yellow body and modern black details like the front grille and black xenon lights which perfectly matched the unique black splitter at the bottom. From the side you will notice an astonishing stance, featuring black low profile sport wheels. The back follows the same philosophy, long modern tail lights, parallelogram shaped exhaust and diffuser.
The interior is futuristic and is something that you’ve never seen before, because reminds more of some Italian supercar. The center console, steering wheel and the dashboard are CNC custom made. They have simple design with sharp edges and only necessary gadgets, which will not spoil the overall concept. Also the seats have been designed in the same style, but also are comfortable and functional.
