Amazing 1948 Cadillac Fastback “Madam V” by Ringbrothers
The Ringbrothers have created one of the most incredible custom builds ever, where in their creations we can see a combination between a classic body and a modern details. Their latest creation which was revealed at the SEMA 2016 it is no exception. We are speaking about the 1948 Cadillac Fastback so called “Madam V”, which goes beyond any expectations so far. Why? Because it is based on four Cadillac’s, the technology of two modern ATS-V is incorporated in the classic ’48 body.
When you look at this 1948 Cadillac Fastback, you will realize that even his classic body has been completely modified. The Ringbrothers have modified every panel on this Caddy, for example the hood, bumpers and other details are made completely from carbon fiber. On the other side the interior has been left intact, which is borrowed from the 2016 Cadillac ATS-V, and it gives feeling like you are driving a new car from the factory.
Under this “Madam V” 1948 Cadillac Fastback there is a modern chassis, suspension and a drivetrain which were taken from the modern ATS-V. This Caddy is powered by a Twin Turbocharged Cadillac 217 cubic-inch, 3.6 liter DOHC V6 engine, factory rated at 464 horsepower and 445 lb.-ft. of torque. The engine is connected to an 8-speed automatic transmission system. The modern Cadillac ATS-V chassis is bolted to a set of P204 HRE forged wheels, wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires and secured with the Brembo brakes on all four corners.
